After a total knee replacement surgery, I was very excited to be back on the field. The long hours of physical therapy had paid off. In the fourth game back, the defense had a scoop and score opportunity. From the R position, I was determined to sprint and beat the player to the goal line. My knee had not really been tested on sprinting... Needless to say, I did not even make it to the goal line. I ate turf at the 50 yard line. No one near me. I just fell flat on my face and ate turf. Very few spectators saw the player score because they were all laughing at me skid at the 50.
