Honesty. I want to crewmate to be honest with me... about calls on the field, my attitude, etc. If we are not honest with our crewmates we will not develop individually and as a crew. The goal is improvement. Without honesty among the crew, growth is very unlikely. It sometimes takes courage to be honest with a crewmate, especially when it is not positive in nature. But, it must be done. AND, it is not always easy to hear the honest feedback from a crewmate. For honesty to be effective, the crew atmosphere must be open and willing to give and receive the feedback.
